i have looked at Gary Harvey as he is a very famous fashion designer who uses recycled products. i have done two small samples one using prints and buttons and the other using melted clingfilm and bottle lids.

As Carolyn Saxby used recycled products i moved in to recycling.

TO MAKE THIS SAMPLE I USED BLEACH ON PAPER. I DID THIS TO RECREATE CAROLYN SAXBY'S WORK.

i then looked at Carolyn Saxby as she looked at close up textures, she used recycled products to reproduce her photos which took me in to looking at recycling.
from the patterns and texture i have looked at i have created a collage using different samples and techniques.

marble effect using dyes in water, paint, magazines and first hand images.

checked pattern using magazines

I produced a range of samples using tissue paper and bleach, burning fabrics, fabric dyes and cut up clothing.

Leopard print is a pattern i focused on i used first hand images and magazine cut outs to produce the leopard effect.

From looking at Lady gaga up close i moved on to looking at textures and patterns up close. I zoomed in on ''shiny'' clothing and used Cd's and fabric to produce this effect. i also took first hand images of shiny clothing to show which texture i was looking at.
Firstly i looked at the ''meat dress'' and recreated it using bleach, dyes, dissoluble paper, threads, pastels etc...
So i moved on to looking at the ''close up'' image of clothes.

This picture inspired me the most due to all the detail on the dress and the randomness of the pattern.

Whilst looking at Lady Gaga i moved on to looking at different costumes in detail. i then produced samples from these including media such as bleach and snapped Cd's.

Alexandra McQueen is another one of Lady GaGa's designers as he produced the shoes she was wearing to the MTV awards.
I have not only looked at Lady GaGa but i have also looked at some of the designers who created these wild items. Hussein Chalayan produced a bubble dress just like Lady GaGa's, he also produced a hat which lady GaGa has worn.

Statements to day come from celebs. I have taken the biggest statement of to day and looked at Lady GaGa, Lady GaGa's wild fashion is the talk of this year. i have taken some of her wild clothes and produced samples by useing the colours and the textures of her clothes.

To produce this sample i used the technique needle felting. i zoomed in on a piece of Boy George's clothing line and reproduced it using felting.
