Statement
Statement is the idea I wish to study, I have chosen this title as I would like to look at the freedom that people have to choose how to dress, and how to look from chosen colours to design and patterns. I will look at fashion from the 1980s to now as there were many groups of fashion statements such as punk and Goths, chavs, new romantics this inspiration came from the designer Vivienne Westwood and her statement designs for the band “the sex pistols”. I will take pictures of fashion statements on the streets such as wild hair styles and fashion. I will do this for my primary sources. I will also use the internet and past photos to find statement from now to be used as secondary data. An artist I will look at will be Andy Warhol’s the work I will be looking at will be his self-portrait,
